little caesars salt & pepper squid pizza

A meal befitting the night before my cousin was going back to his home country for good would only be in the Little Caesars Pizzeria. My cousin, sister, brother in law all raved about this place so much that expectations were set very high.

It was 8pm when my cousin picked me up from the airport, he drove us straight to Mundaring from the airport. It was a Monday night and the place was chockers. We had to sit outside on overturned buckets, we didn't mind one bit as that was part of the charm.

The salt & pepper squid pizza - $14.00
The hot sweet thai chilli prawns pizza - $13.50
The white rock's roast pizza - $14.00
The chicken fettucine pizza - $12.50

We were a party of four and we ordered four small pizzas: the hot sweet thai chilli prawns, the white rock's roast, the chicken fettucine and the salt & pepper squid. The pizzas may not be the most authentic italian pizza, but all of them were nothing short of delicious.

The winner for me was the salt & pepper squid pizza, the squid was done correctly, not overcooked and tough. And the creamy mayonnaise sauce complemented the squid very well. But the real highlight was the crust of these pizzas, they were crispy on the outside and light on the inside, the perfect pizza crust. Little Caesars did not disappoint.
