green nutty almond cookies


To conclude my almond journey, I present to you this masterpiece, almond cookies topped with brilliant green pistachios. Actually, initially, I made the cookies without the green nuts, hence picture above show no nuts, you see. I call them nude almond cookies, tee hee hee...

almond pulp pancake


After I made almond milk for my almond panna cotta, I was in an almond haze. There was nothing but almonds almonds almonds in my mind. I used every free second thinking about what to do with the pulp. Yes, I saved the pulp, such a shame to throw it away, don't you think?

berrylicious almond panna cotta


When I told my chiropractor I usually drink soy milk, he adamantly told me that soy milk is not very good for me, and suggested an alternative like almond milk. I was quite indignant, since I've been drinking soy milk all my life, and a lot of asians do too. It took some time. But, I thought, alright then, why not?? There's no harm in trying something new.
